Sticking to a workout regimen during quarantine has proven a little easier than I initially thought. So I want to share with you a few things that are keeping me on my feet!
Trying new workouts: There are so many amazing resources out there and the social media fitness community is really coming together to deliver! I’m personally using the Sweat app available on the apple store. Plus I’ve been doing IGTV workouts posted on @solidcore and running outside. I nearly pull the trigger everyday on a peloton but stop myself, that’s another story completely.
My Workout-From-Home Essentials
Here are some great resources for home workouts:
- Sweat IOS app
- @solidcore IGTV
- @sweat440 is emailing free daily HIIT workouts: you can email contact@sweat440.com to be added to the list.
- @solyogaflorida is posting yoga live on IG multiple times per day.
- If you’re a classpass member you can use any remaining credits on your account for streaming workouts offered by multiple studios. This is also a great way to support the small studios who have had to close their doors!
Cute workout gear
Just like pre-quarantine… it’s no surprise that cute workout clothes get me out of bed in the morning. What can I say I’m easily pleased. Many of my favorite retailers are also doing their part to give back during this time:
Alala– this female-founded company is donating a percentage of proceeds to No Kid Hungry and Feeding America until May 1. And just look how cute some of their sets are. You can use code AMYUP20 for 20% off!
Alo Yoga is producing and donating 1 million masks to those on the front lines! A couple of my favorite Alo sets are linked below!
Lululemon‘s higher ups have cut their salaries in order to give back to employees in need via their We Stand Together Fund.

What are you doing to keep yourself active during this time? Tell me in the comments!
